Question regarding the 'Conquistador' ribbon!

As you know there are three requirements for this ribbon:



Requirement 1

Own the OPES Character


Requirement 2
Win 50 Games on Spain/Salvador/Mexico S&D


Requirement 3
Get 500 Kills on Spain/Salvador/Mexico S&D






As you see for the first requirement you need to own the OPES char , so shall I buy it now or I must buy it before the event ends which means during the event time (15th-22nd july)?

I'm going to guess that if you already own it. You're good. But if you don't already own it that you will need to buy it anytime during the event period. As the rest of this event seems to be 'do it all during the event period in any order' to me.
