Banning a legit player

Me, IGN: "-Siri." A legit professional player got permanently banned upon reaching first lieutenant for mistakingly messing something in the rez folder of the game. While players who fly around in ranked matches like they own the game are left free.. I didn't have any intentions to use any sort of hack in game, I despise those who use hacks as I know how bad it feels for legit players to deal with such a thing. I also have a PlaysTV channel (http://plays.tv/u/Siri173YT) and a youtube channel that depend on my account. Therefore, I would like to humbly ask the crossfire universe, specially staff members, to look into my case and try help me recover my account. Thank you
Note, I aready submitted a ticket but the answer was as anyone would expect "Our systems detected the use of game changing programs....Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you." Reffering to ticket Id:TSC-715-27535

I know you're looking for help with removing the ban, but the cold truth is that there's nothing that can be done on the forums. Changing the files is against the rules, and that rule was broken, whether intentional or not.

Also, filing a claim through Support would be the only way to get your account unbanned. Since you've already tried that, your next best option is to try appealing to them a second time. I doubt irrelevant information such as your PlaysTV channel will matter. You should only include information such as which file(s) were changed, how it was an accident, etc. I assure you bringing up the topic of hackers in ranked is not going to help your case. Even then, as I stated previously, intentions are not taken into consideration when issuing bans; however, you never know unless you try. But don't be surprised if the response is the same, since the fact that a game file was modified still stands. (And also, don't shoot the messenger :eek:)

I fail to see how you can accidentally mess with the game files... That being said, I don't believe you'll get unbanned for altering the game files. Professional? You play in leagues or something?

Bunni... You're a far better player than I am.. It's just a misuse of that term.. But what I meant by professionaly is that I don't believe in using hacks in game.. You know me already from in game.. It was pretty tempted between us though :P

Yeah things got a bit heated, you're not a bad player, I just went full tryhard haha ^^'
