we know some people get perment block 90% for reason 10% for no reason any way u could help us Gm unlock all perment block for people who got perment block what ever the reason is make it for Zp or if u have first info just help people those who got perment block i know most of them use hakers but i think they wont do it again and for those who got vip with stolen visa or any way u know them i think dont open thier acc

while i do feel bad for the handfuls of people who get banned in what seems like a 'out of nowhere' fashion. I'd rather not see a flood of old hacker accounts come back. Many people need to learn to take their account info more seriously instead of losing security questions, not saving the registration email, LOSING their email account associated with their CF account, not sharing their info even with 'friends', and so on and so forth. That way people who do get banned out of left field would have a chance of reversing it.

the problem i got perment block and i never used hacker in my life cause i dont know where could i find them any way i dont know why i got block but the funny thing i still have honourable soldier ribbon so i want my acc back or atleast know why i got block

Send a ticket and ask, I doubt they ban for no reason. -

Hacking isn't the only reason for banning accounts. People get banned for using VPNs, Selling and/or Sharing account info, charge-backs on ZP purchases be it purposefully or accidental. And so on.
But like swesub1/virus said. The only way to get an idea of why you were banned would be to send in a support ticket and then working through it with them. (which can be frustrating of course but such is life.) -
No, all that would do is bring in even more hackers and I'm sure the people who got banned for "no reason" was for a reason. Changing stuff like Rez files for killmarks and UI counts as hacking so people do that but either don't care / realize it's against the rules.

there's areason that this people get blocked from the game hacking , glitching or changing some files to open a hack

You can get banned for changing the killmarks?
I haven't changed them yet, but I was considering it, because there are a few pretty great ones out there. Suggesting I shouldn't I guess? -

LOL, I'm using The Beast Killmarks for 7yrs and my acc is still alive!

The info isn't entirely incorrect - The GMs have said previously that any file changes could trigger the anticheat. It doesn't look like it will, but I won't take that chance if something changes in the future. -

Well you can Always change it back or redownload the game right?

Problem is about a year or so ago they put files like the killmarks and sounds and other thing into the REZ files. (they didn't use to be there) and changing things in the REZ files, like stated, can potentially be picked up by the anti-cheat systems/file checkers and result in a ban. So while you may be currently using them with no problems. I'd be aware of that fact.
Personally I don't care if people change the killmarks....but changing sound files to make it so you can hear things better due to spray sound and things like 'FIRE IN DAH HOLE!!!!!' being removed/edited to a quiet/blank audio file should be an offense IMO as it is done with clear intent to gain an advantage by changing game files.blackhart123 wrote: »Well you can Always change it back or redownload the game right?

As long as you do it before it picks up your changes and bans you. But once you're banned the only way to get unbanned is to hope that support will hear you out... -
