Account Recovery / Change E-Mail
Hello everybody, since i was getting smacked down by the default answer on my ticket im asking you what to do.
So basically, i have an old account from 2009 and want to change my E-Mail, but i have no idea what current E-Mail this account is registered on (it's been 3 years, sorry).
Now that i don't have any information on the exact date of account creation neither what payment transaction codes were used, theres no chance getting pass the support ticket default answer "Your information doesn't match our records".
The account name resembles my real name and i've always uploaded a picture of my identity card but i guess my tickets were never seen by an actual human being.
What can i do?
Best regards,
Blamiert

You have to look at this from the support staffs point of view.
Someone is trying to change the information on account, and that person barely has any information to prove it's actually the account owner doing it.
Would you give someone an account when they had almost no information about it? -

what about my situation cuz no one is answering about it . its the same question that he asked, but mine is different cuz i have the info in my first email address and i have proof that all info was correct cuz ive done it before and i have ss to show .every time i send a ticket to try recovering it they always say its not on the record.. thats a lie cuz i know its on the record . so my question is why wouldnt they give my account back if i have the info of it in my first email address? so yeah plz someones answer or at least a gm will do something about it -
Your tickets are always answered by real people. As mentioned before, I can stand up and see the people who answer tickets from where my desk is. We've had a few events in the past that let people change their information. Its possible that the info you have from your first ever email is not the info on file. If you do not have the info or access to the email, you simply won't be able to recover an account. Also they don't ask for screenshots, so no the screenshots of your account unfortunately don't help.

so im confused. how would someone who just stole my account change my info of the account? and also around may-april i just did a support ticket and the info that is on my first email works . how come this time it doesnt? so youre saying you guys let someone change my info of my account without any information about the account? just the current email and password? -

Ive used a misleading title, i dont want to recover the account, i simply want to change the email. I have access to the account (i know the password) and i simply want to change the current email (which i dont have access to) to my currently used email.
I'm giving an example (not true data but youll get the point): The accounts name is JonathanR84 and im sending you a ticket including my identity card which says im Jonathan Rellus born in 1984 and thats not enough to change the email, because that is exactly the case here.
I'm not able to change my email because i cant get access to the current email (Whats the point then) and i dont have the required info because its years since i last redeemed ZP. Back in the day all you needed was your security answer (which is worth nothing now?). -

So then the issue was you gave your password to someone, and to answer your previous question thats why its your fault that the account was hacked. Anyway, if you can give every piece of info that you've listed here, and they are accurate, you will have no issue recovering it.Ive used a misleading title, i dont want to recover the account, i simply want to change the email. Your identity is all fine and great. But there are policies to follow and they are put there in place for a reason. If you don't have the info required, you simply cannot change your email. The security answer is indeed worth a lot. Every piece of info is worth a lot. Every piece of info asked for. I can go buy a fake ID right now with the name Jonathan Rellus born in 1984, with the city listed as the same one where your IP is. It doesn't mean I created that account, sadly. -

I get your point, thank you for your answer. I can still play on my account so it is not that much of a problem at the moment. Still think there should be another way to proof my identity and "regain" full access to my account but if your policies are that strict on this issue,
i have to accept that. Have a nice one. -
Please I have all the information and Braide Electronically. My account has been banned because when I was sitting in cyber, the hackers stole it and destroyed it. I had 2 VIPs. What should I do?
