I am calm person, but when I face more than one cheater per day, the ice melts and anger starts to shine. So, why am I banned for harassing cheaters exactly? This company needs to get its **** together.


    *Go ahead and delete my thread for sharing my experience and opinion about this unfair treatment from Z8.

    1: Employees use copy/paste answers to speed the ticket replies up.
    2: The recent patches fixed the lag spikes we were having for 6-7 months making the game unplayable. It's now playable again at the very least, though I know a lot of people are complaining about disconnecting at the beginning of the match, but I haven't experienced that myself.
    3: "I've never broken any rules" --> "I got banned for insulting" Pretty sure blatantly insulting users has been against the rules for years now.
    4: "So, why am I banned for harassing..." You could have stopped there. That's exactly the reason. You're harassing people.
  • I'm not going to delete your thread. In fact I'm going to address a few things, because its unfortunate that you believe the above.

    -In regards to complaints being thrown in the recycle bin, this is simply not the case. Support encourages you instead to post your suggestions and constructive criticism in the proper forums. We do have members of the development team that look at those forums, so its the best way to have your voice properly heard.
    -There are no bots at support. As I've mentioned multiple times on this forum, I can stand up from my desk and see the support team.
    -We are always working towards solving issues, and just because you cannot see that we have done X, Y, and Z, does not mean no actions are being taken.
    -For issues with the honorable soldier ribbon being taken for 'no reason' please submit a ticket and they will help you out.
    -There is no new harassment policy. The rule always has been and always will be that you don't insult others, harass others, etc. If they are cheating as you claim, send a hack report. They are viewed, and they will be banned permanently.

    Hope this clears up some of the concerns you had.
