Dedicated Hackers or desperate?

We all know here in the community that the speed knifers has gotta wayy outta hand and heck I'm really hoping for another 6000+ account ban again. then again hackers be like "i'll just use vpn if i get ip banned", dedicated much? or desperate? I have a strong feeling that the anti-cheat system has been weakened quite a bit, and not because of hackers getting through, perhaps purposely?
Whatever the case may be on the anti-cheat system and on the hackers i just want it solved just to i can enjoy a nice game without having one end in 10 seconds, even in HM/HMX games since i play those modes the most.

Can the community get an update on what will to be expected of these hackers?
Honesty if we can get an update on what will be happening, the community would be a little bit more relaxed than filling up the forums with multiple posts about these speed hackers just hoping for an response. Most of the community don't want an half answer, we would want a more detailed update rather than "we're looking into it".
