If u can catch him in replay file in specific time he will get that ban
but unfortunately some times u can't

I've had almost 20 people banned in 2 weeks. Yes, they do permanently ban them.

Make sure you include the replay and as much information as you can in tickets.
In mine I put things like "3:26-3:30 aimbot, 4:00-4:11 flying, 4:44 speed knife" etc.

Its a lost battle against hackers. Infinite loop, they ban an account, then the hacker makes in 2 minutes another account and start hacking again and again so on....Fail anticheat system.

Yes, Z8 has IP banned me from registering from that other game's page. Twice.

I have a lot of hacker tickets and they are all open, they are all playing every day, if you look at the profiles are active, you find them in the game and they laugh that you are going to report them, for me nothing happens, I am losing the Time reporting to them.

i have reported several hackers 2 weeks ago and yet non of them got banned ( yes i completed everything in the report,time etc.)

I still dont see the report status "OPEN or CLOSED" so not sure if i should keep making reports. By the way yesterday found 4 in 2 games and yes i reported them 1 of them i "detected" that he was a Marshal .

me too not sure if i should keep making reports..........14 tickets, all open, no resolution and all the hackers playing and laughing at the rest, but there are people to check the tickets of reports there are many players that we take years and we are interested to continue playing that we could help the game clean these hackers And be able to review the videos and block these people who do not care at all.
