Wouldn't it be better to have the COP Derringer VIP?

I just noticed that COP Derringer is the most wanted pistol or even weapon in world-wide crossfires. But I have seen none to provide players with the COP VIP. Why shouldn't NA be the first to carry out such thing? Cause I believe everyone would gladly accept and acquire one. It's for the best of all.

I can't really say that I fancy it much either, but from what I've seen, the COP is insanely good, I've seen people singlehandedly take out teams with it alone.

As for CFNA being the first to release such a VIP, I have reasonable doubts of it happening, while the idea of the COP VIP itself one day being a thing probably isn't even that much of a pipe-dream, in my opinion.
