Wouldn't it be better to be the first to have the COP Derringer VIP?

I just noticed that the pistol COP Derringer is the most wanted in world-wide crossfires. But I have seen none with the idea to provide players what they want most, the COP Derringer VIP. So why shouldn't NA be the first one to do such thing? I believe the community is going to fully agree and support with that idea. GMs, please consider and believe that we can make this community even better
