GM need help Please...

i have a account that got hack and change my current email so i dont know the current email of the account now, but i went to my old email account and look for my info so i can send a ticket to you guys and recover my account.so i put all the info that i have including the payment method and transaction ID.Ive done this before without knowing my current email address and i still get my account back,but this time i thought im going to get my account back again,at first i got a response saying i have to wait for 90 days so i waited and now 90 days is over i send a ticket again with all the corrct info and what happen was i keep getting this response saying Some of the account information you provided on your support form doesn’t match our records or it was filled incorrectly. i dont understand why i keep getting the same response over and over again. i even attach a picture that show all the info of my account but still i still get the same response even though it was all correct . So to all GM plz help me recover my account before that person does something bad to my account. thank you
