account info
hello GM i need help to recover my account. i kept sending ticket to cf support but they always denied my ticket.i have all the info correct. the only info that i dont know is the current email but the rest i have. login name,security question and answer, created date,birthday,transaction method and ID, and even the first email address i have it. plz help me recover my account GM thank you

Unfortunately, if support is telling you that you do not have enough information to recover the account then there is nothing we can do on the forums except recommend that you try to find the requested information. If it is as you said, it seems like you have all information, but the e-mail. Do you just not remember your new e-mail or is it someone else's e-mail?

my account was hack and i dont know the current email address is. but i have a proof that it is my account. i have it on my old email when you created a cf account they send you a copy in your email and i still have them the creation date,login ID, security question and answer, even the transaction method and ID i it. so all info of the account i have it except for the current email address. and they keep denying it.i know everything is right cuz ive done it before and they accept it cuz everything was right even though i dont know the current email address. after my account was hacked they told me to wait for 90 days and its been 90 days so i send a ticket to recover it i thought im gonna get my account back instead they denied my ticket

ive send another ticket . with all info and pictures to proof that i ow the account. im just waiting for them to view if they deny it again then i dont know -

Players don't get permanently banned for no reason. If you wish to know or for Support to check your account, you can send in a Support ticket. -
i have a account that got hack and change my current email so i dont know the current email of the account now, but i went to my old email account and look for my info so i can send a ticket to you guys and recover my account.so i put all the info that i have including the payment method and transaction ID.Ive done this before without knowing my current email address and i still get my account back,but this time i thought im going to get my account back again,at first i got a response saying i have to wait for 90 days so i waited and now 90 days is over i send a ticket again with all the corrct info and what happen was i keep getting this response saying Some of the account information you provided on your support form doesn’t match our records or it was filled incorrectly. i dont understand why i keep getting the same response over and over again. i even attach a picture that show all the info of my account but still i still get the same response even though it was all correct . So to all GM plz help me recover my account before that person does something bad to my account. thank you

Generally, if you provide the same information, you are going to receive the same response. Unfortunately, if it as you said and Support has already responded multiple times that you are not providing information that matches their records, then there is nothing we can do on the forums for you. You can attempt to reach out to Support again, but just know that unless you provide what they are asking for, you are going to get the same response. -

lol what? then whats the point of having the info in my old email if there was no record at all? i know they have a record of my account cuz ive done it before i have proof i even send them but still same response.Also IGN:FILIPINO says its a automatic response so i dont believe that the info i put is wrong or incorrectly . -
I'm having the same problem. My account was hacked as well and I have put in at least 50 tickets with different info and I always get the same response. I've given proof that the account was hacked and everything too. I've screenshotted the same email and get the response that my account isn't even on record. How thats possible idk. I assume the Hackers are able to change the information or Z8 just doesn't care enough to look into it which is why they just give the same copy and pasted responses... Or both.. Their support system sucks. Idk why people keep thinking its always the players error, maybe it's Z8 that needs to fix themselves to better serve their customers.
