You can either buy it temporarily for ZP or you can get it as a temporary reward from ZM3.

Just play fatal Cannyon map, ez pz.

Go to the item shop >>then items >> scroll down til the end of the page >> it costs 700 ZP

but if you don't have ZP >> just play the mode alot and the Achievement will give you one !

You can also get it by chance from special boxes that you get when you clear the special mission shown on the right. For lower difficulties that mission is not visible, but you still can get that box if you become 1st(when you press Tab). Its in the first special mission's box I believe, the one you got to keep the base's hp at 80% to get.
