VVIP's & Search&Destroy.
I can get around 17k to 20k EXP per 13 round Search&Destroy game with 13 VVIP's equipped.
Without owning many VVIP's, just find UK4 rooms with players who own loads of them.
VVIP's are basically the main source of EXP income these days on this game. The more you own and the more other players have in your room, the faster you gain EXP.
As for modes, I find Search&Destroy or HMX to be the best. -

There was a time when marshal rank was rare and it was a sign of pro players. I am talking about the period before the VIP guns/items introduced in this game. There were very few marshals in this game. Few of them which i still remember to this date were [F]enix
, ADIGA, Saba and some more. I played with them when i was still a sergeant and at that time, most of the marshals were really pros.
However, things have changed now. Nowadays most of the marshals are noob because they get there farming up with their VIP guns.There are already more than 5,000 marshals in this game and the amount of Brigadier General or above rank players are more than 14,000. I would like to recommend you to not to farm because there is no benefit of it. play and rank up through a natural way. In fact your LT General rank is still rare.

I still remember youngstar , Adiga and all of those players , There was 5-10 marshals before , nowadays there are alot and mostly noobs cuz i met alot through games,And nope i hate the idea of farming, I want fun & to enjoy the game , i've been in crssfire since 2009.There was a time when marshal rank was rare and it was a sign of pro players. I missed those old days as well. SnD is really a fastest route to rank-up in this game.
