What is The Benefits of All Those Ribbons ??

Hello there,
I have noticed after the last change in The whole CF that you gave us every month An Event with Ribbon Gifts ... i tried to search about it to find the benefit of it in the game or even in forums ,.. i found nothing !!
is it just Decorative thing ... and other new ultimate and special ribbons ...
what the reason would make me look for it ??? try to gain it ???
i hope someone can answer me briefly

But but, they are shiny..

There are some rewards,

Collect 20 ribbons to get a permanent M4a1 Custom Crystal
Collect 40 ribbons to get a permanent Field Shovel Red Dragon
Collect 50 ribbons to get a permanent Desert Eagle Pink Crystal

Also, they may or may not add more rewards in the future.

I just happened to be checking at that time

Go to your profile on the website, and check the ribbons section then hover on those ribbons
