It means you need to own a permanent version of that character. It costs 8200 ZP. Go to Item Shop in game then char and scroll down and you will find it.

Remove the OPES char requirement for the ribbon. This ribbon was never a ZP purchase ribbon and should never be.

It should (Hopefully!) count your previous games, as I already have 5,000 too, and it hasn't showed up for me either. I think/hope they just haven't finished giving out the ribbons yet.

Nice event the Shotgun Week i have years waiting this but i abandoned the Event.
Have a lot of hackers, impossible play any Shotgun room without one Knife Hack, or enter hack VIP SMS,Rifle,MG in Shotgun room.

Its good that we are getting the chance to win this limited ribbons again, but some of the daily objectives are just impossible for someone who has a daily job, unfortunately

Now this I haven't seen, the possibility to use an actual Rifle in shotgun only room which is visable to all players.

However I have seen in the past, hackers change for example Kukri to appear on their side as katana or axe but on our side it appears as a normal Kukri and does normal damage.
