Gms cant help at all, someone help!!

The issue i got is cf wont start after the patcher has completet the download. After that the game tries to start but everything freezes and i need to restart the computer. Then trying to start up the game after the restart the clinet says
"Your client is old version. Re-install the latest version game client."

I have already tryed to ask the Gm for help ,however, they did not do anything beside recommend the things that i already tired before asking them. I have sent 4 or 5 tickets and they tell the same stuff that wont work.

Someon please help me

This do not work for my specific issue!!!
1) Uninstall the game completely, and delete Z8Games folder from your program files folder
2) Perform system cleaning (Ex. Using CCleaner)
3) Disable your Anti-Virus real-time protection
4) Re-download the newest version of the game http://crossfire.z8games.com/download.html
5) Install the game
6) Add CrossFire and CrossFire folder to your Anti-Virus and Firewall exceptions list
7) Close all programs running in the background
8) Re-enable your Anti-Virus real-time protection

To help you out I'm gonna have to know a bit more about your system.
What operating system are you running?
What do your specs look like?
Running any other programs in the background?
Running any antivirus or firewall? If so, do you have exceptions added?

I am running windows 10
Cpu fx 8320
Gpu R9 390x
8 Gb ram

The antivirus is Avast
And the only bakground programs that are running is amd drivers and the antivirus

The firewall and the antivirus is not the problem
