Not sure if this is the right place (IGN Question)

So i made an account a few months ago. Today, i decided to change my IGN, but then the name i wanted was used by someone, and that someone is ranked 'smiley'. It looked like the person who "owns" that account ABANDONED it. Please, help me on how I can get the IGN. Do I need to submit a ticket? I'm desperate XD. By the way, I got the "change-IGN" today. Thank You!

Send a support ticket saying you want that IGN, if they find the account inactive enough, they'll free it up for you then you'll have to wait 90 days before it's available to be used by someone else.
