I ordered my trixty on June 30th, but i haven't received my character yet. Now when i go to the vip presale page it told me Character Limit Reached, anyone having the same problem or do i have to wait?

No one has received the character yet because it hasn't been added to the game files yet. There should be maintenance tonight and after that maintenance, you should have it in your storage. My advice would be to wait until tomorrow.
