Change e-mail
Hello,
Is there a way to change your e-mail if you don't have access to your used e-mail anymore?
I don't seem to need it atm, but I'd like to use my own, current e-mail to my account. Although my current e-mail might be connected to one of my other accounts also.

To change it, you need access to the old one. As when you click on "change email" in account settings, you must enter your old one then you get a email where you need to click at the link you get
Yeah I figured, mr Obvious.
But thing is I don't have access to it, as mentioned in my thread.
Hoped there would be a alternative...

How long does it take for them to reply, I've send 3 different tickets now and none have been answered?
Well either that or I don't see where they would be answered. Do you get some kind of notification here on forums?

Just saw the answer, apparently I don't know enough account information. What do I do from here?
I'm sure I've the correct security question and answer, but it isn't enough, what now? -

You have to try real hard and remember the correct information. You could also trying to guess them a few times �� -

It was 8 years back when I created this account, well almost 8 years. Also it wasn't a serious account at first, just another one. But it is a strong main account for me now.
I don't think I can guess it. I want to recover the e-mail and one of the things I need to verify in the ticket is my e-mail? Also what are those payment transactions? I made payments via wall-e cards and paysafecards (You can't expect me to keep 8 year old wall-e cards with no money on it?). -

Well ofc nobody forces u to keep them for 8 years but it's good to keep the most recent ones. -

Well in that case I got one from 2 days ago, is that good enough?
Also might be able to get a few from 2014 if that's alright. Just threw them away 2 days ago, but might be able to get em back lol -

You can live chat your email provider like I did with Microsoft to get my forgotten email back even though I have full access now z8 support still won't let me change my email to my current one. I tried for a year on and off with z8 support and guess the one week with Microsoft was a waste :]
