Yes many have including me it's been a good few months now, not sure what's causing it.

It's a mod (hack) you better leave rooms like these immediately

This was already reported. It usually happens in 10 second respawn rooms I believe. You won't get any exp/gp if you continue playing, so you should just leave the room whenever it happens.
