Weapon raffle?

Question for the GMs, I'm aware I cannot raffle items from my account, but is it possible to raffle stuff from the Black Market "My items" Tab?
I have a permanent item that I haven't transferred to my storage, hoping to raffle it off.

If this becomes a thing...that'd be awesome. But I bet they'll poopoo on it. I have a feeling the BM Winning Storage is just a 2nd little database in hopes of alleviating storage congestion all at once...and thus they still won't want to go in and 'remove' or 'add' something to players' accounts. Even if you let them be the ones to handle the raffle event for it.

That being said...i'd keep all my duplicates in there and do raffles anytime I win a duplicate if it becomes a thing.
Could even make a ribbon or something for it....'The Raffler: Has Raffled one permanent ZP weapon from Winning Storage' and/or a 'Lucky! : Has won a weapon from a raffle'

If this really happends and i knew this then i would've kept my duplicate fr f2 rusty and gave it away.

I'm not even sure if it is possible to add or to remove items from your Black Market storage from the GM side of things.

But the official answer is that GMs do not allow players to transfer one or several items from one account to the other. Even if it is meant to be raffled off or given away as event prize. Sorry guys!
