Hello, I am so mad af.

first, i bought today over 100k zp for the new VIP and VIP Char.
I tryed to login and saw the message: Your account has been permanently blocked.

I play 1-2 week without any hack/glitch/illegal programs.


I don't know who hacked my account. but return this message!!
btw* i wan't my money back!! i bought so much for this account!!

I have the "HONORABLE SOLDIER Ribbon!!"
so, i don't know why?! i mean if anything wrong i get 1 day blocked or some hours or maybe 1 week but PERMANENTLY ?! really?
i wan't my money back. I flag this on PayPal and wan't my Money back!!

this game is full of hackers, egypts (laggers), glitchers and more hackers... and z8games does nothing just patches for more money...

First of all you should submit a ticket and find out why you are banned. Maybe you got banned due to a chargeback?
Do you actually know that your account was stolen lately?
Did you maybe share your information?

Anyway we can't help you over the forum so please stick with support tickets.
