Data transmission error

Hi,

My mate is getting an error for "Data transmission is not stable. failed to submit player info to server".

Things he tried:
1)Re-install CF, after a complete delete of CF from the computer (Numerous download attempts tried).
2)Ran a CC-cleaner to fix any reg bugs.
3)Tried running the CF patcher in Admin mode from CF Folder.
4)Ran the game via game booster to make sure it is not a load-in bug which makes the error.
5)Inputted a wrong Log-in and password to check if a different error pops-up, but unfortunately the same error repeats.
6)Ran the game when anti-virus is off or is in exception list (both firewall and AV).

Note: This error has been going on since the past 3 weeks.
He has never used a hack in case that is a query. Is a old player.
He tried to log in with his alt account and gets the same error.
He does not get any error which playing CF EU or any other online FPS games.

Do provide a solution for the above. Waiting eagerly for a response.

Hey, I doubt it is any of these issues since. He is using the same laptop, internet connection and has not moved to a different location. Like I mentioned, he is a old player.. like 3-4 years. This problem only came recently for some reason.

This error normally occurs when your internet speed is too low for CrossFire.

Have you tried to restart your internet? What is your average speed like?

Considering that cf Eu runs fine I don't think that is the issue. In addition fps games with higher requirements run with no issues.

Only time I get that error is when I leave the login screen open for like a minute or more then when I try to login after I get that error. Thought it was random at first but happens every time if I go get something to eat or drink. You leaving the login screen inactive by any chance? If not then don't know what else can be causing it.

I only ever heard of that error happening when you simply take too long to log-in.

I presume your Computer is most likely fast enough for it to load the log-in screen within a reasonable amount of time.

Which begs the question as to what is the issue.

Have you tried a different connection? Like using a Hotspot from your Phone to connect to the internet, and see if the issue still persists?

@preset it isn't Internet related since every other game or website opens with no issues.
It is also not a slow login issue since I input the details quickly when the login screen comes.
