Lack of Support from Z8Games

Just going to clear this up right from the start, this is a fun game and I enjoy playing it.....this is not a rant or hate post. But ever since I came back to the game, there's been a massive spike in hackers, I can't go a single game without a room full of hackers....Just today my K/D has dropped massively because each room I go to, it's full of people using speed hacks in game and It's gotten to a point where it's unbearable and I'm unable to play any match or mode that'll affect my K/D ratio. I know we've had hackers in-game for years but the problem now is for certain modes, people are unable to kick or even report them, because the option to save the replay no longer works. I Don't want to stop playing, I've spent a lot of money and free time to quit now. but at the same time, there's a serious lack of support from Z8, what's being done about these hacks? It's been several months now since I came back to Crossfire and I've yet to see any action, I know they patch the game and all. But the replay and vote kicking system being disabled for certain modes is simply ridicules...
