egypt ip's is selected to have "failed to connect to host server" error and i can't play a single game but when i change my ip to another country with vpn program the problem completely resolved and i play for hours without any errors ; we support the game from the beginning and egyptians is the most of the players on the game i can't explain why you do that THANK YOU

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't block half their playerbase on purpose. I think the error connecting from people in Egypt is something to do with Egypt trying to block VOIP.

using a vpn is against TOS & is bannable

VOip i use it daily in whatsapp and face messenger and crossfire team do nothing to the proplem

The crossfire team has done nothing because the problem is with your service provider. If they were going to block your region there would be an announcement about it.
