Can I get a real person to get my freaking account back?

Someone hacked my account or something and I have enough proof to show you that its mine. I'm trying to get back into the game but the automated response saying I don't have enough information is BS.

Nobody on the forums can help you get your account back. These things are only dealt with Support so that is your best option as of now. Good luck!

So these "GAMEMASTERS" don't have the power to do that? that sounds ridiculous lmao.. and no the support is garbage which is why I came here.

They definitely do have the power however, they don't deal with these kind of things on the forum.

It gets dealt with by a real person. They use copy/paste responses to save time because of the sheer amount of tickets they get each day.
