Cant view the xmas crate

Hello there,

I cant view the xmas crate. Any fix in your mind?

Can you explain a little bit more in detail regarding your issue? You can't view the weapons in the Xmas Crate or you haven't got the weapons that you won from the xmas crate?

It does not appear in my blackmarket at all. Its like there is no xmas crate in the game for me.

You can't buy any xmas crates at the moment because it isn't available to buy since it's limited time crates. They might get re-introduced again in the future though.

Just to be clear:

Do you mean you cannot buy crates?

or

Do you mean you are supposed to have some crates from the event, but you didn't get any?

I see some people winning xmas weapons and when i go to blackmarket i dont see any crates. Are they from some event or something?

Yes, you have to do the event as described here to get the xmas crates. A basic explanation is that you play 2 hours every weekend in June (This weekend being the last I believe) to get some free xmas crates. If you haven't played for at least 2 hours on the weekend, you won't get the crates. You also cannot play 1 hour on the first weekend, and 1 hour on the second weekend. It has to be 2 hours in 1 weekend.
