The serverfiles are damaged/not stable. Someone from Smilegate Entertainment from Asia has to fix this not the GM's of CF NA. And if they just translate new content into english and let the GM's install it. This Game wont be normal.
  • All of those servers had to be used FULL daily !
    Nowadays , It's Na 1 or uk 5.
  • no one want to belive me that was a DDos :)

Because DDoS doesn't appear every 30 seconds then disappear 2 seconds later, and the person you mentioned claimed it was 2 months ago, not 6-7.

The game has been having server issues since around December 2016.

Also yeah, more glitchers/hackers recently, but they're replying to us in hacking reports at least saying when they've looked at them. Even if it is only recently, it's good they're letting us know.

    i love this line xD

If he's doing it tell him enta habibi so he stops. :]
  • You, you and the one at the back there, no GS ribbons for you!

Others can comment on similar threads: "They're aware of the issue and working on it." and you will definitely have a great chance to obtain it.

If this joke continues about Good Samaritan ribbon holders just agreeing all the time, there will be consequences including, and not necessarily limited to, infractions and eventually forum bans.

Thing is before that ribbon was even mentioned there were two outstanding players that helped answer questions constantly day in and day out that got it and well deserved also along with mods, when that ribbon got announced people I've never even seen before on forums unless it's on maintenance page or preorder started spamming answering people's questions just for the sole purpose of obtaining that ribbon. Once they got it they dipped, and check back in every few week or so commenting like they actually know what's been happening regarding the servers. You making that rule is just like hackusations no matter how true it is the people bringing up the matter is at fault.

Cool rule but how long has it been like a year? With that ribbon being out, but how many Egyptian players get bashed on forums? I do my fair bashing too when I run into a cheater in game but why wasn't there a rule for that after all these years? This rule about GS was only made for the sole purpose of them agreeing with whatever little good is left and turning a blind eye to all the awful things that exist. I don't know how long it's been but still same people have that ribbon unless I'm wrong.

If he wants to say what he said let him it's his opinion, how can you infract someone let alone provide a ban when there is more things that are important that need banning. I get the saying "if you don't got anything nice to say, don't say it at all" but if that's the case then there is a mod that shouldn't be a moderator at all. As much as one would like to deny it, it's true what he said because there are actually a handful that deserved to get it since overall they good people.

No offense but that rule is bs

    You are absolutely right
  • To be fair , [GM]Kanadian is the most helpful person who interacts with us here even in infractions he is merciful But sometimes it is contrary to our opinion ...
It isn't logical that the game have problem (servers freeze) for a long time and we see the players here agree !
  • Sad is that all of you here in this thread pre-ordered the new VIPs, you instantly forgot the "I wont buy ZP again till they fix the servers".
    That's the sad. ;);)

Actually, that post wasn't meant to be funny or any kind of a joke! I'm referring to the fact that things have changed since that ribbon been around. People can't really express what they feel or tell their opinions freely, I mean of course they can, but they will have to choose whether to lose their chances with getting that ribbon for objecting something/criticizing unsolved matters or they will have to reply 'formally' to look loyal enough to the game and GM's and keep their chances high.

I don't hate this game. I love it and been playing it for 8 yrs now! I don't have any hard feelings for the staff members, the game or the GS ribbon holders.
The thing is I hate seeing this game full of issues and no serious actions are taken. I hate seeing people avoiding to criticize a serious issue because of the ribbon. When we criticize an issue that's not solved for months, we're not against you/the game. We're not trolling anyone. We're criticizing for the sake of this game. You sir don't have to infract users for urging dev's/GMs to work harder. That's a useful feedback I guess. Let people criticize freely and keep them eligible to obtain that ribbon at any time. They are no less loyal and Samaritans than those ribbon holders, as long as they help other players here, answering their questions and also criticizing when they notice something wrong.
Hope I made myself clear enough and I'm sorry if I went off-topic a bit.

    I didn't. I won't.

You'd have to realize though that the GMs can only do what their job requires of them, which is mostly customer support (replying to customers, resolving account issues and so on), making events, designing banners event pages, and managing the website/forums. And there are many other GMs who all do these tasks. So you can't really hope much by continuously urging the GMs to wok harder cuz it's not they who needs to work harder. The problem is in someone else's domain that you don't have any possible way to reach out and contact (maybe you can, but you'd have to find out who they are)

The GSR meme clearly isn't a funny joke and looks more like harassement towards the users who have it. If you feel like the ribbon has a negative influence on how the forum works because some users just don't speak their mind just for a chance at a ribbon, you could make a thread about this issue, instead of blatantly calling everyone owning the ribbon suck-ups and liars and following the lead of a few other forumers.

Criticizing issues shouldn't hurt your chances at the ribbon, if you do it right, for example, posting "servers are crap fix them now" or "staff is lazy" isn't the right way. I know there's not much to say about the situation anymore, since there's no actual change and pretty much everything's been said already, but even though we're frustrated, we all need to chill and not just fill the forum with overly negative content (I don't mean you have to stay positive about a long, serious and very annoying issue like this, that would be impossible, but just don't go nihilist and end of the world).

TL;DR, being critical isn't a bad point, the way it was posted it isn't "useful feedback" though.
  • Good Samaritan Ribbon
    - Some people who have earned it stopped being active 24/7 after getting it due to the fact it's annoying seeing people give the same answers to a question that has already been answered just to look "helpful" on every thread in attempt to get the ribbon.
    - I'm pretty sure a GM can tell when someone is only active for the sole purpose of obtaining the ribbon instead of having the genuine passion to make a difference in the community
    - Expressing your opinions doesn't affect the chance of obtaining the ribbon, aslong as you express yourself properly (without spamming, bashing, insulting, or disrespecting someone else's opinion).
