The FB friends ribbon

i created this account (my 2nd) in 2014 and liked the Facebook page to get the USP pistol and i did get the pistol (a proof that i liked the page a long time ago when the ribbon was still active i guess)
i wasn't that active throughout the years due to the nature of my study but when i came back to the game and checked my profile & ribbons it turned out that i didn't get the ribbon..
i didn't know what to do since i got back to the game so i thought anyone here could help.
can anyone tell me what to do exactly or confirm whether i should obtain the ribbon or not?

P.S: i remember the staff taking down the ribbons page from the site but i can't actually remember whether the FB friends ribbon was obtainable or not during the time i created this account although i own the USP pistol from liking the FB page.

You can contact Support, but I'm not sure what all they can do for you. It's been a couple years since that ribbon became unobtainable, so there may not be any record of whether you should have it or not, but Support would be able to confirm that for you (just in case: click on your name at the upper right hand corner, then click "Send Support Ticket).

Strafe

I am in the same boat and already contacted support multiple times to be given the same answer every time saying that can't give me the ribbon even with proof of screenshotting my inventory with 2 usps as a matter a fact and support just tells me oh you got them from a different event which by golly I wish that was true since only way I know of since the fb ribbon was introduced and no way did I complete a film festival or other perm gun reward event to ask for a usp.

The Account information update event rewarded each participant with a Free USP handgun & there was another event (I don't recall task) which also have users a chance to get a USP aside from "Facebook Friends" ribbon. I personally obtained my USP HandGun through The Account Update Event.
