Hello, I tried recovering my account that was stolen, and I was told it was banned for Violating TOS, I never used cheats & I'm sure whoever had it just spammed curse words in a support ticket, if this is the case could I please be assisted to retrieve & unblock my account, I have all required info I purchased 8 vips on it and spent quite a bit more money on top of that, It was stolen while I was inactive spending time with one of my baby mommas & son & returning to this was upsetting, if the account was banned for cheats of some sort then I understand the decision being final as I know each individual is responsible for their account.

We don't ban the person, unfortunately, we ban the account. I'm not sure how your account was stolen if you kept your pc clean and didn't share the info or account, but if it was only spamming bad language you would be able to recover. Sadly if support tells you your account is banned, thats pretty much it
