For the Community Goal, simply play your first game on Team Escape Mode during the event period, and choose your side! The side you play on for your first game will count as your team.

Winning team will receive Golden June crates, losing team will receive 30 Day Bulletproof Jacket and Helmet!

So Im angry right now because I was on the winning teamand I got bulletproof and not the crates but as you can see above "WINNING team will receive Golden June crates, LOSING team will receive bulletproof". The reason I even tried this mode and joined GR was to win the crates and in the end GR got 13728 wins and BL got only 6685. Please Consider this and give the crates to the people who did what was said for this event.

If you believe that you are entitled to receive the crates due to being on the winning and yet to receive them, I would suggest to send in a Support Ticket so they can take a look into your account to see if you did in fact joined GR and see if the crates did get added or not.

Nobody on the forums can help you with this situation, you have to submit a ticket to Support.

The golden June crates was a community reward which means you have to finish the individual goals ( playing 180 mins, winning 10 games, etc.. ) in order to get the community prize which is the crates in your case since you've joined the GR team.
this line is from the Event post (*For individual goal, limit of one prize per user. You have to complete the individual goal to receive community reward).
are you sure you've done all the individual goals and got the 10 Hexagon crates?
