Sadly this game doesn't care about arabs/muslims holidays "which is odd since at least 50% of their players are arabs/muslims" not like other online games i played before for example: Silkroad Online, SRO is a Korean game "like lot of other online games" who made events/offers themed for the arabs/muslims holidays.

PS: Not all arabs are muslims, and not all muslims are arabs.

Well, this game is aimed at North American and UK region so it makes sense that there is no events regarding Arabs/Muslim holidays.

And just because of your religion there should be an event to unban kids who cannot play legit, seems okay to me.

Yeah, bad idea. If you cheated, no one cares what day it is, they don't want you back in the game.

They should IP Ban the whole household or Cyber Cafe
for allowing its users to Hack in their Store.

-1 though. Cheaters should never get unbanned. They could have a fresh start with a new account however.
