"It doesn't just happen for no reason." That's why I am making these threads, Cause I really want to know why was I permanently banned for not only 1 account but multiple yet I can still login on my alt and play , where's the logic on that? If I was using any third party programs why is my pc not banned from playing this game, heard you guys do hwid bann yet I can play perfectly play on my alt. Like I said I can't send a support ticket cause I don't know my full email info that's why I am making a thread in forum so u could provide me an evidence on why I was banned for. Ty like I said idk how z8 staffs do their job but My inboxes are open I assume cause I just got a message saying " you have been infracted" pls don't bother to inbox if replying here violates the tos

The ONLY way to get account information is to do so through a ticket.
If you can't access the account to send a ticket, then you're not getting the information.

Unfortunately it looks as though you're out of luck unless you can somehow recover the information about your e-mail.

I have tried recovering email so many times same automated response. why can't they inbox, isn't solving issues their job or maintaining forum , I do know for sure that's what they get paid for they r staffs come on men!!

You were infracted for insulting someone. Send a ticket. The answer that you get is your answer. We have policies to follow, and not publicly discussing accounts or bans is one of them. Please use the correct system for that, and do not continue to open threads about the same issue when they have been closed. Thank you
