Wave mode ribbon (head of the class)

Ok this is a dumb question but I don't know the answer where can I see the card levels because I can't find it.

I don't have CF up in front of me so this is only from memory: Go to your storage, Items tab, Wave Mode tab.

Or if you start a Wave mode game (and Super Soldier) and click on equip card, it will take you to a similar screen.
