An increase in hackers lately + anti-hack system

the last few weeks i've realised that i see more and more hackers in public matches.

and i'm not talking about the normal hacks like being able to 'see' through a wall or speed hacks.

I'm talking about:

- Fly hacks
- Fly through walls
- Shoot through walls
- Aimbot hacks
- Speed hacks

the first 3 hacks are so overpowered...

and the funniest thing of all is that those hackers 'KNOW' that they won't get punished for them and are not even hiding it anymore.
they're actually 'ADMITTING' that they hack.

look at this guy:

later on i told him he didn't have to worry and that later on he would get banned sooner or later.

He said "im not worried ^^"

like they're not worried at all.
If i were a hacker then honestly i wouldn't be to worried either cuz of this:

I would appreciate it if you would update your anti-hack system.

even though the hackers always find a new loophole within every new one, atleast it prevents the majority of them from hacking for a while.

and only the very skilled hackers can use it till they post it online for others to use.
ussually this takes months.

if you updated your anti-hack system every 3 months then that would be fine, were almost the 7th month of the year yet this one is still here and not updated..

  • I do not know what they are doing, but this is the worst company i ever had seen in regards how to deal with hacks.
They hack they get banned, then they create new account. we all know where this hackers scum come from (most of them) and they are still at large.
I have reports from 2015, still waiting to be opened. do you think this is normal?! and i mean obvious hack reports not doubts (speed hacks, aim hacks). why they allow this trash to play the game when they do not respect anyone?
Game is lagging, people have paid zp items counting, servers are down and refunds no can do.
Tell me again, i am missing something here?
  • People wanting to hack the game are always gonna find a way to do it. It's a matter of updating the anti-cheats every noe and then (now it could come in handy a new patch). What I find discouraging is that, as cvh16 said, I also have hacking reports that haven't even been reviewed. So they hack freely on ranked or MM and they won't get ban 'cause of $$.

And even if they get caught while cheating, they'd just change their name and problem solved, 'cause if GMs would actually ban this people, they wouldn't even have the chance to change their IGN in the first place.

Yeh but only a very few will be able and bother to do it.
It ussually takes awhile before more people get it.

Therefore, a regularly updated anti-hack system would be appreciated.

Support is the worst right now.

They REALLY need to replace those people that obviously don't care about their job.

I mean if it was something like a hotdog seller or anything then it wouldn't matter if he didn't care about his job but something like this where they have to interact with people and remove the ones ruining it, is unacceptable.

Their laziness and neglect results in unhappy clients and 'accidental' (i guess) bans for
some legit players (no names mentioned yet).

The people in charge of this game can easily find you and EVERY previous IGN you used in this game if they want.

The only problem will be that other players can't report them without knowing their name.
    But even that has a solution;

just save their profile page on this site.
The name updates when they change name.

So at the end of the day it's all about a good anti-hack system.
  • Nowadays, Hackers are fearless. I also encountered many hackers who were laughing and mocking me because i said i would report them. They were making fun of reporting system. I still have screenshots but last time I got an infraction because of it.

Yeah that the funny part, they waste more time giving infractions then watching reports. this says all.

It's more likely the forum mods give you infractions, not the GMs.
  • It's more likely the forum mods give you infractions, not the GMs.

Your wrong, who gave me an infraction was a GM, not a mod.
  • Doesn't matter if they update the anti hack system since they use mostly the stupid systemcheat hack which gets updated with every patch cf does within a few days. So I don't really think that this would help to decrease hackers. The only thing that would help to decrease the amount of hackers is to put in a limit for everyone for creating accounts especially for the Egypt region and it would decrease the hackers if z8games would ban these hackers and look more into the hacker reports than they do (if they ever look into it which I really doubt).

I said more likely, I didn't say definitely.

I just checked the infraction history, you got infracted for posting 5 screenshots hackusating users, which isn't allowed, since you didn't even censor the pictures.

Side note : posting pictures of people hacking and being proud of hacking isn't going to do anything to help the situation. You can get to your point without pictures.
    cvh16 wrote: »

Yeah, you got infracted by a GM for racist comments, nothing to do with it. Note that the GMs posting here aren't in charge of reviewing reports, so your argument is still invalid.

The anti-hack always had issues, with hackers coming in waves, but this wave feels long because they're ruining ranked, which already has higher stakes.
Unfortunately you can't just update the anti-hack and all of a sudden everything works perfectly fine, they need to know how the hacks bypass the system and what exploit it uses. On an old and widespread game engine like this one, I'm fairly sure it's easier to make a hack than to stop it.
  • For the hack types u just mentioned I think any report will ban them very easy except aimbot which is difficult some times

from what i understand there is no such thing as a flawless anti-cheat system.
each one has a loophole somewhere and people will ALWAYS be able to bypass it.

the only thing that can be done is decreasing the hackers by updating the anti-hack system we currently have to keep the amount of hackers at a low.
or atleast that's what i hope will happend.

there have been reports of obvious hackers before and it takes months before they get banned, so i don't report anymore.

i think a kick to the lobby is fine for me and if everyone was like that and just kicked any hacker they saw then that would solve alot.

(still need a better anti-hack system)
  • there have been reports of obvious hackers before and it takes months before they get banned, so i don't report anymore.

Last week I had some closed, commented on that they had reviewed it, and the people all lost their ribbons and have been banned... This week I've had no comments, they're still playing, and the tickets are still open :(

I thought they were starting to respond and show us that they were actively doing something to combat hackers, now it seems like we may be being left in the dark again :/

Edit: I stand corrected! All my reports have been dealt with.

Without enter in details, saying the truth it is not racism, so lets cut the bs, there is too much of it here already.
Your political answer does not helped at all, but it made it even worst.
So GMs the only ones that can can review reports are being assigned to the forum, when then later say that there are too many reports and a few gms? now i see why i have 2..3 years hacking reports still waiting.
But the fault is not of the company and or gms, its the players, that spend money on something we should demand to be better at least.
  • There is a certain hacker clan from ranked that still remains untouched despite being obvious to anyone who has played ranked for a couple of hours...hell even minutes. But oh well we are the ones who get shot down by hackusing someone who clearly is ruining the game for people who are trying to take it seriously. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Report them. They've just started telling us when they've reviewed tickets, and they're taking action. They're improving massively in regards to reports, but it's only started happening recently. Previous reports remain open and have no replies, but my past 5/6 reports have ALL been closed, been commented on, and have lead to action being taken on the accounts in question.

I have, I report every single day from my infinite reports only 2 of them were answered and reviewed and the people got banned. I had hope but I still see the "Main" hackers on the loose.
  • None of my reports got "reviewed" status, so...what's the point? And they(a.k.a. hackers) will continue create more accounts and so on...
  • You may not belive-it BUT i saw an increase activity from support center regarding submitted hack reports ...

AND my last 20 hack reports are CLOSED ( therefore someone actually look on them, at least read .. but i'm sure they also look on submitted replays )

Example: my last hack report of an aimboter was submitted yesterday (around 24-35 hours ago) and now is closed ... GG !! - never saw such speed in 7 years i play :D

Now we can fight agains those players by submitting detalied reports - that means we must look on saved game (after is finish and saved, or we quit and save) to write on report the replay time where player X is using hacks

Short how i submit hack reports:

    1. i watch at savegame (is no a pleasure activity i know) and note the replay time where player X join and where start using hacks
    2. submit a hack report (filling all those requested info : IGN, round number, replay time) and i mention infos like this:
    Date: xx.xx.2017
Game type: TDM (or SnD .. etc )
    IGN: ''reported_IGN''
Details: ''reported_IGN'' join game at replay time xx.xx and start using aimbot (or walk through walls, shoot through walls .. etc) at replay time xy.zz . Instant gold HS all enemies at replay time zz.yx ( xx.xy the times i already note when i look on replay)

Somethig like this :) .. because who will look on sumbitted replay will fast foward until the time i give on report and look only 30-40 sec. at indicated IGN and see if i'm right :D, else they will have to look all the game (can take up to 15-20 min or more) also they can miss important time therefore hakers may ''escape''.

    P.S.

I know is not a pleasant activity for us to look again on those replays and write all those informations BUT keep in mind that will speed the process and those hackers will get what they deserve in the end !
    Happy hunting !

i really hope your right, because today entered a room with 4 hacks, i quit the game after.

Are you 2 certain that it's improving?

if so, then we must spread the word that reporting is effective again.

I think they might've gotten a new assistent in support and maybe the previous ones left.
anywho, i'm gonna wait for ur replies to confirm.

Looks like it from here. All the people there (before yesterday, I know it takes a day or two for the website to update) have lost their honorable soldier ribbons (I checked them before reporting).

    that's awesome man :D
i'll make a thread about it after more confirms.
  • I was away for a while and decided to play a quick match and played with 2 hackers in the same room. Was too lazy to report them, however, all the hackers I reported got banned, HSR removed and they're all seen like 10 days ago and stuff.

Yeah, that was the case for me as well in most games yesterday....I am sticking to ZM and Bot Modes until this gets under control. Very frustrating!
