Post count has nothing to do with the Good Somalian Ribbon.

I think at one time you did need a certain post count to get it. Maybe they changed it because people were posting random posts to get the ribbon. Or maybe it's a different ribbon I'm thinking of.

It never had anything to do with post count, as it's a newer ribbon that hasn't had change in the way of obtaining it.

I think you were referring to the ribbon called "Military Intelligence" which required you to have a certain post count in the forums in order for you to obtain it. It was later removed because it created mass spam on the forums.

Maybe that person achieved all the requiriments years before ribbon was released
