Another broken tracker

Yesterday about 8pm, I needed 27 more minutes of playtime for The Great Escape. Decided to play 3 games of that mode which took about 40 minutes.

This morning I check the tracker to notice it still says I need 27 minutes.

Good job, rip 20 crates.

Mind you, it could also just be the tracker that's acting up.

I've had it happen on the Sniper Week Event, in which the Tracker told me that I only did 9 Games for the first day, all the way until the end, but I still received both the EP and the Crates in full.

Maybe you actually needed more than 40 mins and it showed that you needed 27 mins? Who knows..

Anyway, if that makes you feel any better, I didn't get to finish it neither..

If you send a ticket we can have it checked out. Keep in mind though that the tracker is not what counts for whether or not you get rewards in an event. Everything is tracked seperately as well by a pre-tested script to be checked for accuracy and functionality. So even if a tracker is broken you still receive what you worked for.

Tracker updated, missing 6 minutes. ._.
So I will guess one of the games I played last night didn't count. I don't mind not receiving the crates, as I barely play and can afford them. It's just that it's not the first time that the tracker F*'s me over xD

I'm at work right now so if I do send a ticket, it'll be in the evening most likely.
