About the MP part of the question, 12.000 MP are always garanteed to stay if i have 12000 or more?
About the other part of the question, will there be a new contest for weapons created by the community like the M14EBR Prime, The AWM-Invictus and the D.E Canadian?

Indeed, you'll keep 12K MP every month.
As for the other Question, we'll just have to wait and see. I personally wouldn't be surprised if something like that happened again.
It certainly can wait another year or so, however. The last batch made me bankrupt, and I was pretty sad about that.
