What can i make with ribbons ?

Hi Guys, like titel says, I see a lot of topics in forum talk about getting ribbons, i have also received Sniper Week Ribbon and I have also many kind of ribbons but what can i actually do with them ? It's just like collecting badges or being a namecard in ingame ?

You collect them and they look pretty. When you have enough you earn weapons

Reward for 30 ribbons should be replaced with some kind of permanent melee or Sniper.

Wow ^^ Many thanks for your support, I had 16 ribbons so I just need 4 ribbons more to get M4A1 Crystal permanent, right ?

Wow, this guy sucks. Didn't even get the Monthly Mixup ribbon, which is one of the easiest ribbons to actually get. :P

Do a ZP survey.
M14EBR from EP shop.
If you have money you can buy the SPOP, gift yourself ZP, and spin crates then use the GP to buy a bunch of shotguns and weapons for the rest of the ribbons.
