Sniper event Crates

who else didn't receive their crates after sniper event crates? I recieve my ribbon but didn't receive my crates... Anyone?

That's weird since the crates are received just immediately, after you finish the entire event.
I guess you've already sent a ticket, right? :0

Well, I hope you can get your crates (if they didn't reply yet). My guess is that probably yes, since you have the ribbon already and a tracker that support you.

Not sure if this will help but for a previous event (I forget which one, but it was within the last 1-3 patches) I didn't receive my crates even though I did the event and after I sent my support ticket (and then another after that), they told me that I had in fact received the crates (trust me I looked they weren't there), but 2 days after low and behold they eventually appeared on my account.

Just send in a ticket and things should get resolved

Yup, you were right i got the same respond i recieve the cratess which i didn't.. SMH! I guess i will resend my ticket..

If you're experiencing the same issue that I did then their response won't change. I'd give it a day or so and just keep your eye on your crate storage and they'll show up eventually.
