The max I believe is 10 points before you get banned. What's funny is how fast they react to protect these kids that do nothing but cheat privacy but when you report them takes a decade to get something done, when you get fed up and go on forums their response time is instant. You wonder why people accuse them because you taking long to ban them, even these cheaters that have hardly any brain cell can see how flawed your system is and bind it to their will and mock people who report.
Response time of him getting banned was like two minutes, wouldn't be surprised if the cheater last log in gets updated tomorrow. -

Infraction Points and Infraction Limit are different. The points can lead to month ban, days or weeks.
Permanent bans are given if you have received 10 Infractions even if the Infraction Points expired the Infraction remains on your account, no matter how many point you received, that Infraction counts as One out of Ten.
For more details on what gives more points etc check the link below. Example, Temporary Ban can be given for one Infraction defends on how much point received.

Actually, this is sort of my mistake #facepalm
We were updating some settings for the forum and for a temporary time the infraction points needed to get banned where lowered, so when he got infracted he got a ban instead of "another" infraction.
So for that, I am sorry. However, just o answer some of the points above, rules are rules, so the next time anyone breaks them they will receive an infraction and the system will ban them if they got several infractions before, whether you were here for a day or 10,000. Being a veteran does not give you an automatic allowance to break the rules, in fact it adds more responsibility on you because you are well aware of them. -

To be fair his win is justified, he didn't exactly hack to receive his award, all he did was win a weapon. The most z8 will do is ban him from the game, but I don't think they'll raffle off another player 50 k zp. -

Even if you think it's justified, we are talking about a hacker this time. So a point we have to take into account is, that if this person would have been banned from the game before, maybe the winner of this 50k ZP would have been a totally different person (maybe a legit player).

Like i stated many times i don't accuse without reason and i hope that you will find a hacking report with the particular winner.
You should be more careful with these raffles and draws, specially on ZP events but instead of search in the reports you infracted me.....this make me sad.... -
They're only doing their jobs. They don't have to care about the game or players or forumers. To care about these things they have to be here for a good amount of time to get attached to it, like Saidin was. Why should they put in extra effort if they're just doing what they're supposed to, posting new events and releasing new crates? This is the kind of vibe I get from the management's attitude when I see hundreds of pending issues get continuously ignored for months.

This right here ^^^^^ not to mention the fact the cheater still plays ranked and is a disease in there AND he even has his HSR. That's F-ed up, I know a ton of people who have been legit for 8 years and don't have their ribbon for dumb stuff like xTrap errors and trolling GM's.
