So I researched a little about this weapon, realized that it was given as a gift to someone who purchased an axe vip in the pre-order purchase.
I investigated a little in the form and didnt saw mention of it.

I would also happy to know how to few players have the m4a1 Iron Beast noble.
Will the game sell them both again?

Add-on: for the M4A1 gun raffle took place and someone that went to offline LAN like in Toronto got one aswell.

M4A1 is part of the noble collection on site so I assume they will release them in the future. Basically any item won only in tournament eventually becomes available to the public soon or later
