Account got hacked

Hello, my account has 20 vips and just got hacked. I never used cheat, never shared account with anyone, I have antivirus any everything to protect. But someone hacked it and changed my email address without needing a confirmation from me. I talked to him and he said he has a hack tool and he needs zp to get my account back. When I support a ticket, z8 keeps saying I can't change my email within 90 days.
What should I do now?

Sounds like they hacked your e-mail account and reset your password, because you 100% need confirmation from your old e-mail before changing it.

I really can't be. I have Norton Internet Security. and Gmail is pretty safe. Is there anyway I can contact a real GM person? Or send a ticket that someone will read it?

Plus when I check my email, there is no confirmation letter.

20 VIPs? Don't think you will ever see that account again if this is true. Never seen or heard of a account with 20 vips. Sounds like you tried to trade accounts with someone and got burned.

Send a ticket and then provide them with all the Purchase receipt...just sayin

Norton is pretty bad honestly, and it does not stop people guessing or getting into your gmail account. They can also delete the confirmation letter so you wouldn't know if they had done it. Regardless, a password change is never a bad thing so I'd recommend at least doing that.
