problem with changing email by the z8 support

i have a big problem..
My account email was changed in 22 march 2017 by z8
And in 6 april my pc got hacked and my account got stolen.
I sent a ticket then you guys told me to wait 90 days so the 90 days from
22march ends today 20 june! I have sent a ticket today and they told me
You have to wait the 90 days.!!!! How????? And the stealer doesnt have the first info to change the email by z8support.. I need an explain pls or tell me when last time the email of the account was changed
