Vigilantes aka GMs

Again regarding the Ranked match since my last thread was basically shutdown (about closing or restraining the registration) what about hiring GMs with the sole purpose of hanging in ranked matches to watch and witness some of the most well known hackers do their gameplay? That would obvious result in more (quickly) bans and some order. The GMs would be annonymous ofc or some type of vigilantes. Since Z8 is always complaining they have too many reports to handle I think it would be nice to have some more play from GMs or someone with the authority to strike the ban hammer on these low lives.

Is vigilantes a good possibility or not? What do you guys think?

I don't see any negatives about it, more GMs patrolling games = More bans.

The point is to be capable of understanding who hack and who not.
To have GMs who patrol the ranked without some experience is useless.
Sadly most of them right now lack this particular experience on the game.:(

I would also love to have some kind of "Community Volunteer" or something where players with a lot of games/years under their belt can watch replays and vote on whether they think it has a hacker or not. It would get a lot of false reports out the way so GMs can focus on finding the real hackers.

Maybe anti would be decent if it got updated... it's been what since end of last year or more, can't even remember last time it was updated.

Until the Ranked Match hacking is eliminated, it is a mode I don't even consider playing anymore. Did season 1, that's it. It is really pointless now as it is not a test of skill/ability competing against cheaters.

He is right some players Ranks has been reset to Zero, whether banned or not we cannot tell as we don't have a Wall Of Shame for banned accounts.

**Side not** As for profile Honor Ribbon cannot be used as an indication of banned any more. Those that have been banned based on case closed still has Honor Ribbon. Of course the Ribbon is no use to them if banned but, profile cannot be used as indication if banned or not even month inactive could just mean inactive.

Are you talking about a group of people voting on the same replay?

Even if there was a GM in every ranked match, people would still hack, and even if they got banned they would just make another account(for example the first in the rankings right now is a well known hacker who had had at least 5 accounts banned).
The only solution for the cheating problem is for the anticheat to be updated.
