Is there any way to watch our replays without opening the game.
A program or web page that includes the replay file type?

If you're trying to open the file so that you can do a youtube video or something, I recommend using some like xsplit or fraps to record the video. To my knowledge there isn't a program currently that can open CFR files other than the CrossFire client.
