Too many cheaters!

Please fix your game from those cheaters. I can't play one ranked match properly without 2 cheaters in my game. I've reported so many guys 5 months ago and they are still playing and cheating. Do you even watch those hack reports?
Also fix your servers, this is just unreal.

If you encounter any cheaters in the game then please report them by saving the replay and sending it to Support. All cheaters do get banned however, reports don't get processed within the same day due to the amount of reports they get per day.

As for the server issues, please continue to report any issues at any given time either by sending in a Support ticket or by posting on this thread: http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?326117-Server-issue-Report-here

The GMs are aware of the server issues and are continuing to find new solutions which may fix the problem permanently.

idk if this will help you much but i find playing ranked in mornings there are little less hackers then. Unfortunarley there is not a lot more we can do till they actually fix the problems and stop giving hackers rank and permanent weapons that they spent all year before hacking through when the good fair people playing get nothing but low rank record. Try play ranked in morning before most egytians are online, maybe you will get one or two hack free games, good luck with that

I think the GMs, is doing his best. to ban cheaters. We hope to prevent, cheaters. At the earliest.

No Gm didn't do the best they only give ban to hackers when they are online
i send more reports and no one get ban
why they didn'tt get ban ?
they must upgread security system and game must cuch hckers when they loged in
and if we still send reports to help Gm to ban idiot hackers they must help us too to show this reports and also they make it limited per day idk why?

why u say before most Egyptians are online . i am an egyptain and i am not a cheater .and all my friends that playing the game are not cheating so choice your words before u say it

I do not want to cause confusion with my comment, but I have a friend from Egypt and he uses hack, he even showed me.

I denounced a VIP hacker, and the same has not been banned, that's one reason I'm not denouncing anyone else including this friend.

Try again now. They've recently stepped up their game regarding hack reports. I've had 3 hackers banned in 24 hours, it's amazing.

i say this cos unfortunately 99% of hackers in crossfire are egyptian, and really I wish they get stopped from joining CFNA, and i realise that not all egpytians are hackers i have many egy friends but sorry it is players from this country that think cos they struggle to get VIPs etc they need cheat on the people who play fairly. In this last week I have reported about 7 hackers from ranked match and all of them are egyptian, no disrespect meant to the ones who do play fairly (y) but they are few. They say to me in game so what if I use hack?? you have 12 VIPs and i ask them does that give you the right to use hack against me? so sorry but i will not defend egyptians

so tell me why I reported a hacker in ranked match 2 weeks ago and i join ranked today to find same egyptian cheating again ? fed up of this game , they dont ban them and im mad cos its the ones who play fairly that are losing rank and the hackers from last year again are joined now with the permanent weapons i tried so hard to get last season -_- also how do you know they are banned in the last 24 hours?? there is no way of confirming this and makes it all pointless if we report and report but see no progress in bans

They had honorable soldier ribbons before, now they do not. That's how I know they've been banned. They also put "Reviewed" in my reports and closed them on that day.

so the hack reports that i have submitted never have staus reviewed on mine, does that mean they didnt see them? and they still hacking after 1 week of my reports anyway -_-
