take me back to 2009

when you could actually talk **** and not get your thread closed before it hits 2 pages of responses. Oh yeah, asking x0tek to continue to be the outstanding individual he can be while he constantly gets shafted by GMs is like spitting in his face. Yes I'm talking to you Kyle.

And now, I wait for a mod to reply and instantly close my thread because they always get the last word. Back to CSGO kekekekekekekek

  • I have no control over who does or doesn't get invited to the league, and I do think x0tek should continue all the positives he does bring to the community, such as hosting events, and helping other teams. I understand his point of view and have talked with him extensively about why I think the decision was made from my perspective, and how I feel he could better handle conversations or discussions he wants to have with the GMs in the future so that the communication between the players and staff can be stronger. I won't close any thread as long as it remains constructive and respectful, and that includes this one. I don't understand your need to call me out, considering I have done nothing but encourage a player who inspired me to be a better player back when I competed, to not give up on himself and a game he is passionate about.
  • Why in the world would he continue to help a game that completely disrespected him in possibly the worst way possible?

I could not agree more ...

I know this is easier said than done but in x0tek's case he should take the fall and try to be a bigger man to prove his point. The best possible result from heading in that route is he becomes a more humble man than he is now and all will be forgiven by the GMs eventually so that he may be invited to CFCL next month and if not then maybe in the next season ...

Whether he wants to continue investing or not we should respect whatever decision he makes because quite frankly I know how it feels like to be hurt over broken expectations and being justly deserved for what he sees as rightfully his own so we shouldn't hold it against him if he ultimately doesn't want to participate in this community anymore given the emotional distress ...

All of this drama could've been avoided if the league had held actual qualifiers instead of invitations and that we locked out unlicensed regions but it's pointless to speculate about it ...
