Is it possible to restrict the registration? (hacker related)
Like many have already said the ranked games and the game itself is full of hackers that continue to be on the loose after numerous reports and days,weeks and months go by and nothing happens to them. I've heard rumours which I don't want to believe but I thought about that possibility as well. Now for the main point of this topic:
Is it possible to restrict the registration right now? While I don't want to accuse all Egyptian players of being hackers most of the hackers seem to be from this region. Now my suggestion (despite knowing that it would affect Z8's greed) would be to restrict the registration of some of these areas such as Egypt and Turkey (since nowadays they have the majority of the players). With restriction I mean do the same they did with EU players (who were almost forced to leave for a lower version that is CF EU) and since we (EU players) can't make new accounts because of official agreements do that as well with the areas above-mentioned.
Close the registration for those countries or restrict the access of people from those areas in order to control the amount of alt accounts. Not only will that strike a bit of fear in hackers who hack with their main and are okay because they have alts but that would also buy the GMs time to pick up the vast number of reports that they already have and start banning the most known hackers. Once that happens since they can't create new accounts they will either stop playing or rejoin in an acc but won't (hopefully) hack as harder or hack at all in their new accounts.

Well, if the could implement IP restrictions, i.e max number of accounts to be 3 or 4 per IP then yeah.
Otherwise it won't happen. We the europeans have a version of our own, but middle eastern players don't, so while a new european player can play CF, a middle eastern cannot if they close the registrations for those countries in CFNA
Also I wouldn't call it greed, it's logical that a company won't "close it's doors" to more revenue just because of some people. (it's like telling Apple to stop selling iphones to americans because some of them are annoying when they're using their iphone).
I can't fault them for that. -

The greed part was to temporarily restrict the registration. Either by IP like you said or close them all together for a determinated period of time. Plus the servers are very unstable why add more players to it while the problems continue? You got some good points tho. -
As i said numerous times, They should add phone number as a prerequisite requirement for the account creation. This will make it extremely hard for the hackers to create more accounts.
However, your suggestion is a good suggestion. I think that this will surely help to eliminate the top cream of hackers. -

You as a player have no way of telling where the most hackers are coming from, or where the most anything are coming from, as you cannot see other player's IP to judge that. Unless you yourself have spoken to every single player in violation, and trust that they have told you exactly where they live, of course.
To touch on the note of restricting registration in general, EU is restricted due to licensing issues. That is, another game owns the license for that area (CFEU). We do not plan on restricting a certain area from playing just because it is the general community view that the region has hackers. It simply wouldn't be fair to the honest players from that region. We are always working, have always been working, and will always be working to take down as many hackers as possible. Please keep reporting as you see them

Like I said on my original post I pointed out Egypt and Turkey because its where most players come from (in general) I know this because I actually play this game everyday and have played for 8 years to know that right now the majority of the players are from Egypt and Turkey. I said they were mostly from that region because its where the biggest rate of hackers is. Don't even try to deny it. Anyone with a brain can log in and go play ranked for a week and see that most of these guys are speaking in arab, have Egyptian IGNs or belong to Egyptian clans (again of course I'm not putting the honest players into that mix).
And how wouldn't that be fair to the honest players that we already have? If they are honest they will already play (like us EU players) in their pre-made accounts and few alts that were made after that restriction of the registration. Either way I thank for saying that you won't do that, like I was suspecting either way I'm sure another solution can be found (or not). Again reporting people who are straight up hacking in several different ranked seasons and seeing no effect really gives the vibe to the overall community of honest players that nothing is being done. I personally and with all due respect don't care about the small fry hackers but I care to punish those on the top places with VIP accounts and platinium weapons.
P.S: I apologise in advance if I come across pretentious or "coming for" you guys the GM team but after six months+ of everything combine me and other players (honest players) are getting close to our edge. -

There was a season that i knew if they hack only form their IGNs and yes i was correct about them.
Btw please ban the top 30 in current SND Ranked season, please don't make me search for each one separate xD all of them cheat and i can prove it xD

A new phone number SIM card costs you as low as 5$. I find it hard for it to be hard to make new accounts tbh. -
