ERROR on Buying ZP

Hey GM and everyone
I got a problem when I buy ZP, it said didn't recognize my card even I filled out correctly. I also got issues with PALPAY too. How can I buy with these problem?

You could try a different browser, enable cookies, make sure you have funds in bank and PayPal details are up to date with added cards etc.

You could try other methods depending on your location.

• Mobile Top Up
• Rixty Payment - make account add funds via PayPal then login using your Rixty details via Z8 purchase.
• Razer also Top via PayPal purchase zGold then use zGold on Z8 to buy ZP.

**There are other methods but it all depends on which country you live in, you can also contact support.

Also got problems with paypal payment l.already send various tickets regarding this problem but it still exists..

Even payment methods have errors? xD

well, i would suggest not buying any zp until the servers are fixed.
but that's just my opinion
